Your explanation seems to be very straight forward.
We did an installation with a version 6.2.01 on a Citrix server, but unfortunately if failed. It displays during the installation the browser, and raises an error "access denied" if we click on any local drive.
It seems it loose any system information.
Note:
* we are in install mode
* installation is done locally directly on the Citrix server, and not remotely

Hi,
I don't know where is your problem for the moment.
So the explanation concern principally an Control-M/EM version 6.1.03, and it has been tested many times whithout any problems.
So, may be, you had an access right issue on your server.
You must have Server Administrator rights to install Control-EM.
It could be the reason of your "access denied" message.

Did you ever get this problem resolved? I have exactly the same issue. I tried with an admin account, locadmin etc. with no luck. Any info would be appreciated.
