Problem on AS400 with agent CTM

Have you configured your agent correctly?
Read manual for using configuration's utilities.
Do not forget to bind agent on some IP address which is known for CM Server.
Then start agent and test connection.
We can not tell you more unless you give us more details.

Thanks for your response.

My agent is configured correctly but my problem is that when I submitte a job since controlm I have not problem. It's only when I send the commande CTMCONTB on the machine Iseries in controlM the message is Failed to initialize communication (as400).

So the problem is only when invoking CTMCONTB utility?
Otherwise agent works with no problems?

Which version of agent do you use for as400? I worked with older one (not 6.3.).

1) Run CTMAGCFG utility to ensure, that
Utilities TCP/IP port . . . . . *ATCMNDATA 1-65535, *SAME, *ATCMNDATA is set.
This is my config. Try to use another value.

2) Run CTMAGCFG utility to set Debug Level for all processes to 1 and for Utilities to higher number.
Then execute the command and see the log. As I remember, the logs are stored in <Agent_name>/PROCLOG output queue.

Thanks for your response.

I found why! I submitted the commande on AS/400 with the librarie of simulation was it. I submitted the commande with the librarie normaly and the commande is executed correctly.
