Scheduler Usage

Hi Everyone,
In our environment, one of the agent is not getting connected.
Error= control-m server is not authorized for this server.
can someone pls help me to troubleshoot this.

Help will be much appriciated. Thanks in advacne..

Run the agent config utility ctmagcfg and change the primary and authorized Control-M/Server to the correct value.
