Verify if CTM Server is reacheable from AS400 system.
Verify if any hard coded IP address is used.

Verify the Agent Settings
1 Use the CHGCURLIB command, as follows:
2 Set the Agent environment, using the CTMAGINIT command, as follows:
CHGCURLIB <Agent>
CTMAGINIT <Agent>

Verify CTM SERVER HOSTNAME in CONFIGURATION
To invoke utility CTMAGCFG:
1 Specify command CTMAGCFG and press F4. The CONTROL-M/Agent
Configuration (CTMAGCFG) screen is displayed with the current configuration
values.
2 Modify the Agent operating parameters, as required, and press Enter.

Hi

I see Windows Ping is successfull . Port Numbers are set correctly. Protocol Version is set right. However CTM Ping in failing which happens through the port numbers.

Suspecting if Ports are Open for communication / Firewall blocking communication through these ports. Please verify on this.
