I am new to BMC Control-M and trying to install Agent on the RHEL 5 (64 bit) in silent mode by running below command.
/var/tmp/ctmagent/install/Unix/setup.sh -respond /var/tmp/ctmagent/ctmagent.cfg
*** Could not install while licence agreement was not accepted. ***
Installation of the CONTROL-M/Agent failed.
Please examine the log [/export/home/ctmagent/BMCINSTALL/log/DRKAI.6.4.01_trace.log] for more information.
The content of the ctmagent.cfg file is as below.

Please let me know what is missing in the ctmagent.cfg file.
