ERROR EM28001 bad or unknown auth category

Hi All,

I have to install Fix Pack PANFT.6.3.01.700 for CONTROL-M/EM Version 6.3.01 but not succeeded ,after that i have restored my em630 db , now i am facing problem with some of my control M servers and gateways are not started also when i have tried to login to control M configuration manger i am geting error like : bad or unknown Auth category, please suggest if any one of you have faced the same issue.

Problem resolved after restoring the complete filesystem, some of the files got corrupted and also there was permission issue in the EM database tables. :)
