people soft job disappear once it orders and execute

Hi All,

I am facing problem that peoplesoft N vision jobs diappearing during execution. It starts once i upgrade peopletools version from 8.47.03 to 8.49.26. rest all other jobs are running fine like SQR process, Application engine...As per BMC recommondation i also upgrade my FP for control-m peoplesoft CM version 6.1.02 FP1 to FP3 but didnt resolve my problem.

If any one of you have faced similar issue.. please help in this regard.

Hi,

have you updated the PeopleSoft profile after you upgraded the version of PeopleSoft?

This could be because, the peoplesoft version is not updated in profiles.

If not, You could create a new profile on peoplesoft server with updated version information and validate the profile and test if it is working.

Thanks to show interest in my query.
Well profile changes was defineatly done before starting execution.
Checked with BMC, their development team suggested problem with peoplesoft side.They said peoplesoft is returning wrong process id as 1024 which caused this problem.
My problem is reverse of BMC fix provided with FP3 of peoplesoft CM which correct problem of job failed with error there is no process with 1024 if rerun after failure.
In my case its failed just it order and then run ok.
