Hi,

Issue Reg. SAP-BW Jobs : [SAP- BW/Business Process Type: Process Chain]

For a cyclic job we are getting the following error in second iteration.

RSPC_API_CHAIN_RESTART - FAILED

After re-submit (re-run from start) all the cycles are getting completed.

Also the option for Re-run (point of failure / re-run from start) is available only in the active job (enterprise manager) and there is nothing related to this in the job defination (desktop).

Any suggestion.

Hi,

The re-run and re-submit can be actioned only from EM. From Desktop u can only schedule them. You can not take any actions from there.
