user on test agent server is locked and all jobs started failing. after user unlock still jobs failing. i went to configuration manager/tools/security/owners authentication settings and updated with right password and click on 'Test' button it complains with error: Check owner credentials Failed. The “Logon as a batch job” privilege has not been granted to the user.
double checked Password is correct. looks like i need to set something on the agent server. This is also happing in case of if i add new owner.
any help is appreciated.

Hi.
This is something that will need to be resolved on the Windows server. The account you are trying to run the job as doesnt have the correct privileges assigned. you will need to go to the Windows user security and add the 'logon as a batch process' option. This is not something you can do via the CCM. Its a Windows account privilege issue.
