Problem installing CONTROL-M Agent 6.4.01 -- Error 1720

Hi,

I have problem installing CONTROL-M Agent 6.4.01 on one of the Windows 2000 SP4 machine. Here is the error found in the event viewer. Your help is appreciated!

Hi Ray,

CONTROL-M/Agent 6.4.01 is not supported on Windows 2000.
In order to achieve your goal you will have to:
-Either install the Agent 6.4.01 on a more recent machine (Win 2k3 at least)
-Or install the Agent 6.3.01 which is supported on Win2k and can be managed by a CONTROL-M/Server 6.4.01
