RFC RSPC_API_CHAIN_GET_PROCESSES - FAILED

Hi there
Appreciate if somebody can help me with above error occurred in Control-M.
The particular change jobs is failing when triggered from Control-M.

The Control-M is used to triggerred the job in BW systems.
However, below message appeared in Control-M.

You probably need to look at the sysout rather than the log to see why the job failed.

the job didn't run there is no sysout.
preferabily look at proclog directorie on control-m server, the appropriate log as been write during the error.

what are the permissions for the SAP user id that ControlM is using to connect to SAP?

i think that is an agent Problem, because in the log you can see the message 'FAILED TO SUBMIT....' after the message 'SUBMITTED TO sapda16'. In other words, the job runs 10 minutes after submit. In the ECS console appears any error about 'agent' in this range of hours ?
