Can any one pls suggest why this error message occurs.

the sysout that you try to make is too big for the sysout datafile
either
the file system on wich agent sysout are store is full

Control M job owner has to given rights to the proclog on the agent server

What kind of messages on the agent in PROCLOG directory?

If the disk space or rights are not an issue, have you this message for any jobs ran on this agent?

- Permissión on directory selected to generate sysout for the job.
- may be user restrictions on root protected directory.
- Check if your job use a lot of display messages (standar output) and check space for sysout directory.

This occurs only with this jobs ? or with other jobs running in the same agent ?

I've give full access right on "BMC Software" folder to the same user that ControlM Agent service use.

It work now.

Other Problem, OSCOMPSTAT 1314 when Logon as user is checked on the agent...
