agent database internal error

Hello,

I have a problem to discover an agent.

In Control-M/Enterprise manager i can see the jobs with a blue color, with the message:CTM5330 AGENT <name> IS UNAVAILABLE. REQUEST VIEW JCL FAILED.

When i discover the ctmagent in the ctm_menu i receive the message:
agent database internal error.

In the proclog i see the message:
0627 19:12:23.07 U_CTM: OS_sem_create:Failed to create semaphore with
key=0x4b006896 errno=28 No space left on device

The systemfiles are not full. (/home/controlm 64%).

Who can help me?

Hi Janctm,

some question:

Control-M Server Verison?
Control-M Agent Version?
OS where you have installed the Agent (Unix I suppose)?

ctmserver and agent are version 6.2.01

OS where i have installed the ctm Database is an unix 32bit server.

Hi Janctm,

if I understood correctly, you have a Kernel problem. You need to modify some parameters.

You can find specification on CONTROL-M/Server and CONTROL-M/Agent Installation Guide Documentation on page 40
