Unable to use Key

Using sftp and ControlM AFT 6.3 on Windows 2003 Server Enterprise SP2 machine.
We tested the key with OpenSSH and it works.
But we setup AFT to use the same key and we get
"Unable to use key file ... SSH-2 private key." error.
Authorize Host succeeded when I did that part.
Any ideas?

I used the ssl-genkey that came with OPenSSH instead of the key generation util in BMC Control-M agent. I was able to load the key in the key gen util with no issue.

I think that depends of encription type, I have used the encription utility many times with many servers and works.
ssl or ssh?

I was able to fix these. I pulled the file into the key generator and modified it to look like AFT keys.
