Job is waiting for appropriate time

Hi,
I have problem with Control-M server. Jobs will not run, although they have met all conditions. When I check "Why" from context menu there is message: Job is waiting for appropriate time.
There are two solutions:
1. Hold and Free job. After that job is executing (but only this one job)
2. Restart server from ctm_menu. After that all jobs are executing correct.

Control-M Server 6.4.0 on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10. Control-M database: postgres.
All agents are available,

Has anyone had that problem or know the where to find the reason?

Are you sure that all jobs haven't be copied from a cyclic example and just take off the cyclic parameter before write / upload?
