ag_ping

Hi,

Below is the result of ag_ping on agent platform. What do I need to check to make it available ?

$ ag_ping
Output:
Failed to initialize communication.
Result: Failure.

Try to ping the Control/M Server.
Also try this command:
telnet [Control/M Server] 7016
The problem seems to be in the network interface configuration.
Also check if the agent is up and send the ag_diag_comm output.
