I have issue about upload, There have been delays if I click upload on Control-M Desktop? as below , why???

which is your control-M version ?

please give the gateway log from the EMserver ( EMserver home/log,

increase the value of 'max_mf_queue_size' in Deaults.rsc in emserverhome/etc/resource/

then restart the gateway as well.
