Are ticket Remedy tied with EM Status only ? How do I plug it in with shouts only without EM status

These values of parameters arent refresh type but are about Send to the alerts GUI or via SNMP protocol alerts in case of jobs ends notok.
To understat better system parameters see the "EM administration guide" and be carefull on witch you change (dont use try and wrong method).

Is possible, in the lasts version there is in the steps DO Remedy option that open directly a tiket on Remedy in base of job-steps windows codes.
