As you know , Alerts can originate from of the following:

■ Jobs ending not ok — two system parameters, AlertOnAbend and DownCreAlerts,can automatically generate alerts when a job terminates with an Ended not OK status.

and I put 0 value on below parameter:
AlertOnAbend and DownCreAlerts

but I still received alert in GAS windows

please advaice

As it is a manual parameter maybe you must recycle the concerned gateway(s)

how put recycle ? how changed ?

When you change thise parameter you must recicle the component, this means: shut down the component and after restart it.
