Question :
The below error has occurred while creating the FTP account using the "account management" option in the CCM(6.4 version).
"Internal Error occurred.
The request failed with the following information : error message <Failed to Attach BE Library E:\\BMCSOFTWARE\\CONTROL-M Agent\\Default\\cm\\AFT\\exe\FILE_TRANS.DLL, error:'The specified module could not be found.> , error code <1>
I have two servers..1) BMCCTMSR 2)BMCTMEM and both servers are Windows 2003 Enterprise edition service pack 2.
Configuration :
Contorl-m server,agent,postgre sql of 6.4 version installed in the BMCCTMSR server.......Full Control-m EM(includes server componenents and client components and reporting facility)6.4 ,Control-m Forecast 6.4 ,Control-m BIM 6.4 installed in BMCEMSR....
CONTROL-M/CM for AFT 6.4 (setup.bat) installed BMCCTMSR as agent resides on the same server .....and.....CONTROL-M/CM for AFT server plug-in on the CONTROL-M/EM server (Install_EM_Server_AFT_Plugin.cmd) installed in BMCCTMEM as EM server installed on the same server.... CONTROL-M/CM for AFT client plug-in on the CONTROL-M Configuration Manager (Install_EM_Client_AFT_Plugin.cmd) installed in BMCCTMEM as all
EM client components installed in the same server.
