Unable to start CTM server

Folks,
I just completed a fresh install of ctm6.4 server and Em on Red hat linx 5.
We're using an existing oracle DB for this.
However, After we completed the install, our Unix guys had to re-name the mountpoints where we installed CTM.

Now when i try to start CTM server, it says:

"starting SQL Server.
Failed to start SQL Server"

I am able to connect to the DB using both the em and ctm db users.

Any idea on what I'm missing here ?

which version of database your using for linux platform ??

Hi,

The database should be started with the Oracle ID. Once started use CTM_menu to start CTM SErver and Config agent.
