p_ctmcs process not working properly

Hi,

I am trying to upload a table to server database and it threw me below error .

"CTM5301 SERVER INTERNAL ERROR TYPE from accept_sch" .

Control-M server version is 6.3.01

I bounced the server twice. Now I see 4 p_ctmcs processes . and no CS.tmp file in /opt/cntlm2c/server/ctm_server/tmp .

I also saw below error in CS*.log file

1012 12:07:15.77 CS19637: CS_upload_sch_loop: checkerr(StructLogin=ff0a34f0) - Error, ORA-24337: statement handle not prepared

1012 12:07:15.77 CS19637: CS_upload_sch_loop: ExecDML() - Failed in OCIStmtExecute

what could be the problem and soltion.
any help is appreciated.

the answer is in the question bad caracters in opt/ISD/ctm/control_files/bad_logsÂ'
