TR5141 EMAIL FAILED...

Hi,

We have control-M 6.4(A) and have internal FTP job(AFT v 6.4) that transfers files from remote host(B) to host(C).The job is successful(Ended Ok) but am not receiving Email notification.

Error: TR5141 xxx@domain.com FAILED.

Strange thing is we have similar kind of jobs running on other hosts that generates right Email notification!

Flow: control-M server(A) has AFT installed on the agent and is acting as client that does site(server B) to site (server C) File transfer.

Referred below URL and made sure All SMTP settings are correct but still unable to get the Email notification.

is your server having the SMTP server rights to do that ?
