UNable to order/force a job

i am always encountering an error whenever I try to order or force a job.

Error Message:
Request Rejected by WS Gateway
GTW6220 Information request canceled (time-out) in
gateway, no answer from data center.

As a workaround i already increased the value of my 'gtw_gcs_timeout' and 'upload_timeout' from 900 to 3600. But still to no avail.

WHat seems to be the problem in here?

what is the ctm_menu/controlm manager/check_all result ?

Hi,

This situation is only for a specific agent?
If yes, check:

1) Communication Protocol Version for specific agent
2) Agent is Up
3) Ports communication
