No problems at all.
When you installed control-M server 6.4 it would of installed a 6.4 Agent locally. Using the COnfiguration Manager go to components --> New --> Remote Host.
Choose where the remote host is located and then define it as WMI. You then just have to create a sysout directory on the windows machine and let the remote host know about it. e.g "c:\ctm_sysout"
