Control-M upgrade from 6.2 to 6.4 version

Dear members, I'm preparing to work on a project to upgrade Control-M from 6.2 to 6.4 version on Solaris/AI environments. Request you to provide the following informtion

1) Steps to do the upgrade (in high level)

2) Risks and issues that needs to considered

3) New feautures in 6.4 compared to 6.3 (i have got features from 6.2 to 6.3 looking for 6.3 to 6.4)

You should contact your account manager at BMC to obtain this information. I am also preparing for the jump from 6.2 to 6.4 and my account managers are preparing this data for me. I specifically would like to know the differences from 6.3 to 6.4
