problem with connection

Hi,
I have in a server windows the EM and the controlm-server with postgreSQL database.
I've created and odbc connection in the the cleinte, and I've installed IIS and PHP.
What must I do now to make that the webreporting works!
Sorry I don't have any idea of web servers
