Specific Scheduling Job

Hello,
I try to schedule a job who must run on the 25th of the month except if it's a non work day.
My new day procedure begin at 12am and the job will be executed at 7am (next day after new day procedure)
If the 25 is a sunday, the job must run on friday.
If the 25 is an offday (like 05/25/2017), the job must run the day before.
I've tried:
Month Day 25 AND Week Days ALL Months ALL
Conf Call (Specific Calendar with only work day - off day and saturday/sunday are off) Shift Prev Day by -1
It's almost that I want but there is an issue on December because the job is launched twice (21 and 28)
