Control-M database job going to unknown status while executi

hello All
we have a Control-m database job with embedded SQL query, the query is tested and running fine , but when we run the Control-M job , the job is going to unknown status.
and sometimes when i restart the agent the job is back to executing and completes.
but sometimes the job still remains in unknown status.
