Control-M mechanism to pass date parameter to an SAP program

Hi,

We are using control-M V8 with CM for SAP Version.8
And user want to pass the date parameter in SAP program.

"Is there a Control-M mechanism where by a batch cycle date could be passed to an SAP program"

Please help me out here...
