Personal!
I wonder where we can change the parameter to archived viewpoint.
Today I can only refer to the executions of jobs to a maximum of two days, I increase to seven days.
New Daily
you can Change below parameter using CCM
Go to Tools --> Control-M/EM System Parameters
then
Parameter type --> gtw
Name --> MaxOldDay --> ( number of days)
name --> MaxOldTotal --> ( Number of days)
I prefer to have 7 days data .. because it will be save in DB and can cause DB used warning if you want to keep more days retention
by using this snapshot will be captured in GUI , for increasing the Sysout and Log retention you need to change the parameters in Control_m server
using below command -->
#ctmsys
CONTROL-M System Parameters (Page 2/2)
--------------------------------------
6) Maximum Days Retained by CONTROL-M Log :2 ----> this need to b change
7) Maximum Days to Retain Sysout Files :1 --> this need to be change
Cheers,
Chandramani

Remember
After you change this parameters, remember to 'recycle' the components.
And take in count the space required for database and sysout files, if you have 2 days current, you will need 3.5 more space for 7 days of history.

th_alejandro and Manii, Thanks for the clarification.
As the post realized the amendment ono my scenario and we are already accumulating the viewpoint where we had only two days now we have four days for consultation.
Valley remembers that just happened to work after the change in control-on boot.
You'd know me know the path and file name that is saved with the viewpoint information (daily charge).
Grateful to all!

The sysout information is saved in /home/ctmag70/ctm/sysout directory. This are files that is showed by control-m when you click on specific sysout job. The other information (about execution) is saved in the database directly, so, Control-M create a copy of all tables with the name A_* and include in the name the ODATE.
