Hi people, i just put a call to solve a bug detected in Control-M v7.0 AFT module. I explain the case, so, if you know the solution :
1) Create a job ftp using ctmcreate. May be unique or cyclic job
2) The job is working well each time that run, but,
when the job fails and turn red. I can't rerun it again.
3) When i rerun the job, no sysout are generated, and in the
log view appears a message 'FAILED TO SUBMIT JOB AFT, Message
from agent Follows'. 'File /xxxxx/xxxxxx' does not exists.
ENDED NOTOK
4) When the job is created, all variable definition in SET are 'FTP-*' as standar definition and no problem with that.
The problem is that this is a AFT job, so, the file command and pathname are not necesary, but when job fails and rerun, the job is 'converted' as tradicional script execution and this parameters are emphy or not necesary in aft. In conclusion, an AFT jobs is converted to script job.
Meanwhile BMC solve this bug, i create a seconday job that run only with confirmation in case of fail of the original ftp job.
