How to take backup of alerts in GAS.

How to take backup of alerts before erasing them thru erase_alerts..I want to take automatic backup without need of exporting them in excel manually..kindly someone suggest on the possibilities..

Use the reporting facility, there is a model for this.
You can run a job to do the report (use the report form), and then a job that put the same alerts to handle for authomatic deletion.
