How to check the archived jobs in Control-M Enterprise manager ( Active job file)

Hi,

i just got to know its there in Archived view point i.e File > Open archived view point.

But that option is grayed out for me in DEV environment ( i can open this archived view point option in TEST and PRODUCTION but not in DEV )

Please help me how to go with this ???
