Upload/Force Upload

Can anyone tell me the difference between Upload/Force Upload in
Control-M/Desktop.....?

Upload/Force Upload

Upload : It's a normal upload of table to EM Server Database through Scheduling Table Manager.

Force Upload : In case the table is locked by some user, and we have privileges , we can perform Force Upload and over-write the existing one.
