2nd will only run after 3x 1st job run

I have 2 job.
Job A and Job B.

Job B will only run after cyclic job A run 3 times.
Please advise on what/which option for me to use.

Hi, have job A as a cyclic job, then in the Steps tab have
ON RUNCOUNT=3
DO stop cyclic
DO Condition ( to allow job B to run)
