Exec time of the job to be different on a particular day.

Can the below requirement accomplished by a single job :
1. The job executes all days.
2. Runs at 3pm all days except on Sun it should run at 1:30pm.

Only options I see, are:
- 2 different jobs
- start the job on 1:30pm every day and use some scripting to first sleep 90 minutes when the day is not a Sunday.

Actualy this 2 methods I am aware of.
As CM 7 came up with smart tables these features should have been added.
