NODEGROUPS and Load balancing

In a node group scenario when you have 4 equally weighted servers configured how is it defined which server to use

Would all 4 users get a similar number of jobs submitted in a round robin fashion or is there another algorithm as to which server is picked.

Would it be a case of picking the first server it saw available so in theory in quiet periods the same server is used far more than any of the others.

Hi,
Load balancing take the first free server of the nodegroup.
