Hello friends,

Could any body suggest me regarding the procedure for contacting BMC for Control-M Support.

You must be BMC Partner.

Register on their page woth your BMC Contract ID number and you will get access to support page.
For Contract ID number, ask your office administrator or BMC sales manager.

Anyway, you must sign contract with BMC to get support. There is no other way.

First of all you must have Contract ID number which you will get it from office and then register and subscribe by using the Contract ID

You are asked to choose a specific location if your. company has multiple office locations. Find your. location and click Next.

just have to have the right commercial contacts
