AFT, FTP not showing account..

We have installed AFT on our server and plugins installed on client as well as form has been imported but when trying to schedule any AFT job while loading accounts getting error as CTM 5311 error while processing the XML file why does it so and what would be the resolution??

are you sure about java version?
(at least 1.4.2)

Thanks philmalmaison..things are working fine after installation of latest version of java..
