AFT - Error: Account file not found

Post by Paprica » 23 Apr 2008 8:17

Hi,

I'm new to Control-M. I've installed Control-M agent on the server with AFT and BPI modules. In the AFT module - Account management, I've created a new FTP account (i.e. FTP_TEST)

However, when attempting to create a new job on the Control-M desktop, I get "Error: Account file not found" error when I try to load the account (FTP_TEST).

What am I missing?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers,
Renee

To Node ID/Group write the agent name on which the AFT is installed and then click on LOAD ACOUNT.

Thanks hipikll and mauriziog.

hipikll - I've got another dumb question, in Node ID/Group dropdown, I don't see my agent (server) listed there. How do I register my agent so I'll see it in the drop down? I've tried googling this, but can't seem to find any documentation that actually provides the instruction on how to do this.

Thanks,
Renee
