PeopleSoft Cm for Control M version 6.2.01

Hi,

I am installing CM for PeopleSoft and it is asking for the 'Control M/CM for PeopleSoft connection port, then it asks for the monitoring port number. Could someone tell me where I would find out what these port numbers would be? Would they be the same as the server to agent port number? Or is it the COBRA naming service port number?

Hello,

Think that documentation is not too clear about this...

It seems that you need to define a free port to communicate between the Agent and the Control-Module (Connection port for Control-M/CM for Peoplesoft). And the other way around from Control-Module to Agent (Monitoring port). A little bit further in the docs you'll find some examples with ever changing portnumbers

Guess you can try 7007/7008.

Hi

You probably have this sorted now , but the PeopleSoft CM Port has to be the same as the jolt port in the PS setup

If it is a default setup 7007 is the Tracker Agent Port

7008 is good for Monitoring Port
