Unable to validate local user

On a control-m agent on windows with CM for AFT 6.2.02 version, I have this error message.
Is strange because I have it for all users that I use on that agent, I have tried even with administrator.
I dont understand witch can be the problem, on all other agents I have not problems. Any idea?

I post the same machine were installed client ftp (AFT) and ftp server on windows machine.
And the files on the local machine are in directories that are under the FTP server permission (IIS 6).
So: use the FTPuser on the local computer too and all works fine......
