XML Error on INFA CM

Hello all.
I'm having some issues regarding the ETL_INFA cm version 7.0.0.
Sometimes i run a workflow that runs Ok in PowerCenter, but it returns the following error in sysout:
*** WORKFLOW LOG ***
Job failure message:
Exception occurred: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.
I've searched in the BMC KB, but didn't find this situation for the ETL_INFA.
Do you know why this error happens and how to fix it?
