Scheduler Usage

Hi,

Excuse me for my low english. I am trying install aft plug-in (ver 7) in controlm 8 and show me the next error:

CCM/EM_Server/UNIX/Install_EM_Server_AFT_Plugin.sh
The Installation utility is running
Failed to identify installed EM version.
The script is aborted

someone help me...

Note: In bmc web (section EPD), not show aft for controlm 8, last relase is:
BMC Control-M for Advanced File Transfer Version 7.0.00

run this command:


ctmgetcm -nodeid controlm -appltype "*" -action get

Hi,

The error message that you get is because when CM for AFT 700 was released there was no EM 800 so the installation is unable to identify it.
When EM 800 was released, it already included the latest version of the plugin for AFT 700.
If you open WorkLoad Automation 800 you will see that you are able to drag AFT job from the job palette on the top left.
