Owner Disappears After Update

Recently an issue has come up with definitions that use either PS or OEBS module.
If any field is updated on a definition in Control-M/Desktop or Control-M/Enterprise Manger, the OWNER field is blanked out and all filled in information on the PS or OEBS tab dissapears.
I can create a new definition and it appears to create properly, but when I save and re-open everything is blank.
I did find if I log directly into Control-M and update the definition on the AJF via ctmpsm I do not lose any information.
Has anyone ever experienced this issue?
