Scheduler Usage

I have provied archived view point access to few users yesterday but its reflecting for some users while for others its still not reflecting.

They have closed and reopened thier session but of no help.

Can someone please help on this ?

Check their user Authorizations under the Privileges tab. Make sure Archive Viewpoint tab is set to full
