BOXi server jobs failing

Hi,
My control-m jobs in PROD.are always getting failed with below error message
Error Message: Waiting for scheduling job to complete. Job ID:3,047,254, name: DPM Summary Erosion, kind:Webi in Running\
state (FBE 60509)
Job failure message:
BO0000:The host did not accept the connection within timeout of 60000 ms
there are 10 such jobs in a group, and we are allowing to run 4 at a time, but atleast 3 -4 jobs will error same message, but the backend process is getting completing successfully. can we increase the timeout value anywhere ,i could not identify the cause
