Scheduler Usage

Hello,

I'm new in using of controlm and i'm facing a random problem on starting PS8 Control Module process.

We have to stop Control Module for some maintenance reason.
Then, sometimes, when controlm try to contact Control Module it fail with TimeOut after 10 tries.

To help diagnose this problem, do you know the meaning of these parameters in PS8.dat :
MAX_CI
MAX_THREADS
CONNECT_RETRY
MONITOR
MONITOR_TIMEOUT

People soft module needs to stopped by a command 'psftcm shut'. But it should start automatically with first request to run a job.

Check the connection profile on Control-M/Agent end and check PS8 app server availability on People soft end.
