Receiving error CTM5319 - sysout does not exist for the job

Hello All Experts,

I am trying to execute shell script by the owner of the script through control-M, when i ran it, log is succesful ful but sysout is not generated, giving error as Datacenter is been rejected , CTM5319 - sysout does not exist for the job. i went to the proclog/sysout also, file is generated with 0 bytes and also it has access only for the job owner .

please let me know if anybody experienced this problem, and suggest me how to resolve this problem.

Agent is been installed by root access, 7 version. aix 6.

need more information let me know.

Hi Rashid,
Check if there are files in the sysout directory ([ctmagent dir]/ctm/sysout).
You should find the output for the shell script.
Then check file permissions on file (if exists).
And finally, you log in with emuser on the Control/M EM GUI?

thank you fabrizio,

Reason i found was there was exec in the .profile of the account, and i feel that because of this there will another session will be created at the same time when the control-M job runs, so agent was unable to find out which one it is. i tested by removing the exec from it , it is working, dint test in real script , still expecting from some one if anyone had to face this situation before.
